I dropped my car off right when the shop opened at 7:30 AM because all I needed was for the splash guard underneath my car to be looked at and reattached. I knew they might be busy, but I never expected such a simple job to go untouched for an entire day. Around lunchtime, I called to check on it and was told there was only one car ahead of mine. Since it sounded like my car would be next, I didn't want to keep calling and bothering them. By 6:00 PM, an hour before they closed, I still hadn't heard anything, so I got a ride to the shop. When I got there, my car was still sitting in the exact same spot where I parked it that morning. It hadn't even been moved. I took an entire day off work for this, only for my car to not even be looked at. The most frustrating part wasn't that they got busy. It was the lack of communication. If they had called and told me they weren't going to get to it that day, I could have picked my car up hours earlier instead of wasting an entire day waiting. I understand that things don't always go as planned, but keeping customers informed is the bare minimum. Unfortunately, this experience was a complete waste of my time, and I won't be coming back.

I had an incident on the HWY and got stranded in Chesapeake for a night. Had this referral from a friend and they were able to take care of me. Chris, Wayne and Conrad were amazing. I got there Monday morning after a long holiday weekend and needed to get back on the road. They took me right in, got the vehicle up in the air, diagnosed the problem and got me back on the road in just under 2 hours. I couldn't be more thankful for the service I received. Customer service was top notch from the advisors to the mechanics. I would highly recommend.

Best shop in Hampton Roads. Chris and his crew are genuinely good guys doing honest work and looking out for their customers. I have continued to be surprised at their generosity and I could not recommend them more to anyone who needs a mechanic. Thank you guys for everything you've done for me. I am very appreciative of you all.

This was the first time I ever had to get the car serviced. My husband always took care of these things for me. Everyone I spoke to was very personable from the time I opened the door. I received a phone call when they did find some service needed and called me and told me why and gave me a price. I personally feel for what they did. The price was OK however I have no idea. They did put me at ease from the time I came in I could see the sincerity in these people and how nice they were. I really did trust them 100%. I would recommend them to anyone needing service to try them you’ll see exactly what I’m talking about and you won’t be sorry

I visited here to do some follow up recommended maintenance previously stated during my recent vehicle state inspection. The technicians were very diligent in getting the maintenance completed in a very timely manner and I was notified immediately that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I've received nothing but outstanding customer service and quality maintenance each time I visit one of their locations. They are definitely setting the standard for how vehicle maintenance and servicing should be!
